Agent Cart Planning Guide for Small Hauls
How to build a small agent haul with fewer surprises around price, weight, sizing and replacement picks.
A small haul is easiest to manage when every item has a job. One daily piece, one backup, one accessory or one test order is usually easier to review than a cart full of maybes.
Build the cart slowly
- Start with the item you care about most and compare similar finds before adding cheaper extras.
- Watch estimated weight on bulky shoes, jackets and bags because shipping can change the real value quickly.
- Keep color and size choices simple until you know how a seller handles warehouse photos and dispatch speed.
Leave room for changes
- Expect at least one item to need a replacement, especially when a listing has weak photos or vague sizing.
- Do not ship the parcel until the key pieces have passed the warehouse photo check.
- If two items serve the same purpose, keep the one with clearer QC and drop the uncertain one.
Good cart planning is mostly patience. The cart should get cleaner as QC comes in, not heavier because every questionable item stayed.
