QC Photo Request Guide for Weidian Finds
What to ask for when warehouse photos need to prove shape, size, logos, stitching, hardware or fabric texture.
A vague QC request usually gets vague photos back. The more specific you are about the risky area, the easier it is to decide whether to ship, exchange or cancel.
Useful photo requests
- Ask for one full front or side view so the overall shape can be compared with the seller page.
- Request close-ups of the logo, stitching, tag, zipper, sole, strap or hardware depending on the category.
- For clothing and bags, ask for a measurement photo when fit or capacity matters.
How to judge the result
- Small lighting differences are normal, but major color shifts, warped logos or mismatched panels deserve a pause.
- If the warehouse photo hides the same area as the seller photo, ask once more before shipping.
- When the issue would bother you after delivery, it is worth solving before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
QC is not about perfection. It is about knowing what you are actually shipping before returns become complicated.
