Accessory Detail Check Tool for Small Finds

A small-item QC checklist for caps, belts, wallets, jewelry and accessories before adding them to a parcel.

Small accessories often look fine from far away. The real decision comes from close photos of the edges, logos, hardware and measurements.

Close details to check

  • Logo placement, stitching, engraving, buckle finish, cap shape or edge paint depending on the item.
  • Measurements for belts, caps, wallets and anything that needs to fit a specific use.
  • Packaging only after the actual item has been checked clearly.

Keep or remove

  • Keep the accessory when the detail photos look clean and the size is useful.
  • Remove it when rough finish, crooked placement or unclear sizing makes the item feel like filler.
  • Do not let small add-ons delay the main parcel unless they are genuinely important to the haul.

Small finds are best when they are easy to inspect and easy to use.
