Sneaker QC Photo Tool for Agent Orders

Use this checklist when a sneaker arrives at the warehouse and the photos need to answer the basic shape and finish questions.

Ask for these photos

• Full side profile showing toe, heel, collar and outsole edge.
• Top view and heel view if shape or symmetry is important.
• Close-ups of labels, logo area, stitching, material texture and outsole color.

Pass, pause or replace

• Pass when the overall outline and key details match the seller page closely enough.
• Pause when the side profile is hidden, the color looks off or a logo/detail area is unclear.
• Replace when the shape, material or construction flaw would still bother you after delivery.

For sneakers, one clear full-shoe photo is worth more than five dramatic close-ups.
